The Bishops House: Built 1905. Received the Preservation Award from the Historic Wilmington Foundation in 1999. Originally the home for the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina. Deteriorated and suffering damages from major hurricanes, the home underwent a complete restoration as a private residence for a family having great respect for historical architecture. A master plasterer was brought in from Ireland for some critical restoration. Location: 510 Orange St. Wilmington, NC
The Williams Holiday House: Built 1900. This home was renovated as a family residence. Architectural changes to the interior and rear were designed by Charles Boney Jr. of Boney Architects. Two rooms were combined to create a Kitchen and Breakfast area. High gloss cabinetry with beveled glass doors, granite counter tops, and antique heart pine flooring create a stunning kitchen. Two baths were also renovated with exceptional detail. Location: 117 S. 4th Wilmington, NC
The Williams MacMillan House: Built 1889 by the mother of celebrated Wilmington Artist Henry MacMillan, the home underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation by D.P. Thomas Const.

Eilers page to reflect recent developments. Location: 124 S. 5th St. Wilmington, NC
18 South Water Street. Waterfront upscale condos built in as adaptive reuse of an early waterfront warehouse. This project was a real jewel. It gave us a chance to work with a most imaginative and talented architect. Anna Dietsche has the ability to envision the unusual while keeping an eye on the practical details of construction, a very talented lady.
